Job Description
Our Client, a Ev Manufacturing company, is looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer for their Tustin, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for functional validation and testing of Client’s electronic control units (ECUs) including telematics, infotainment, battery management, ADAS, and zonal Electronic Control Units (ECUs). Our team builds custom automated test solutions that include internal-facing software, low-level firmware, data management platforms, and custom electromechanical hardware. These solutions get deployed internally within Client Tech and at external labs and contract manufacturing facilities.
+ Work with the electronics design teams to define test requirements and agree on testing strategies.
+ Develop custom test sequences in Python following software engineering best practices and our standard automation framework.
+ Create well documented test cases and operating procedures for test systems.
