Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional + Automation Testing Lead with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in functional testing, automation testing, Agile practices, and test leadership. Leapwork automation experience is a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate must be capable of designing and executing both manual and automated test suites, leading test strategy, guiding team members, and ensuring high‑quality product delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end functional and automation testing activities.
- Manage and execute regression test suites effectively—both manual and automated.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks using Leapwork (mandatory), Selenium with C#, and other industry‑standard tools.
- Write new automation scripts and enhance existing ones using BDD (Cucumber/SpecFlow), Page Object Model (POM), and modern test design approaches.
