Software Test Lead

Overview

As our Software Test Lead, you will own the strategy for testing our cloud-native SaaS applications and ensure they meet high standards of reliability, performance, and compliance. This is more than a testing role - you will be a strategic leader, shaping our QA processes, defining our technology stack, and pioneering the use of AI in our workflows. By mentoring a talented team of QA engineers and embedding quality into our CI/CD pipelines, you will directly impact the speed and confidence with which we deploy software that improves healthcare.
