Software Test Lead

CRFS is seeking a Software Test Lead to spearhead our software quality strategy. As we scale our suite of RF spectrum monitoring and data visualization tools, we need a leader who can balance big picture quality assurance with hands-on technical guidance.
You will be responsible for defining how we test, what we automate, and how we maintain our high standards of reliability for mission-critical defence and regulatory software. You will bridge the gap between product management and engineering, ensuring that our software is not just bug-free, but fit for purpose in the most demanding environments.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership : Define and implement a comprehensive software test strategy covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
