We are currently scaling our operations and We are looking for a rigorous, detail-oriented Software Test Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure our innovations are bulletproof.

The Role

As the Software Test Manager, you will be the guardian of quality for our entire product suite, including our workflow automation tools and AI compliance engines. You will transition between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, building a robust testing framework that keeps pace with rapid AI development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Leadership: Define, implement, and evolve the master test strategy for Asmadiya Sentinel and our automation platforms.
  • End-to-End QA Management: Oversee the full testing lifecycle, including Functional, Regression, Integration, and Performance testing.
  • AI Product Testing: Design specific validation protocols for AI models, focusing on bias detection, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize the annual appraisal cycle for the QA team and ensure all testing documentation aligns with internal operational policies.
  • Tooling: Manage and scale automated testing frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the engineering team to integrate QA into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring high-frequency deployments without compromising stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 6–10 years in Software Testing with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, PyTest, or similar) and API testing.
  • AI Awareness: Deep understanding of the unique challenges in testing AI/ML products, including data integrity and non-deterministic outputs.
  • Operational Alignment: Ability to thrive in a high-performance, on-site environment with core hours of 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Communication: Strong leadership skills to mentor a growing team and report directly to executive stakeholders.
