We are looking to recruit a Software Testing & Data Entry Assistant to support system testing, data validation, and the accurate entry of information across internal systems. This role ideal for a recent graduate who is detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working with structured data. This position is offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract and operates on a hybrid basis, primarily from our Head Office in Braintree. Fully remote working may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, verify, and clean existing data ahead of import
Cross-check data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Log issues, discrepancies, or errors clearly and accurately
Work with operations staff to clarify data issues and follow up
Perform manual functional testing of reports and datasets
Prepare and implement migration of existing data into new systems
