From our earliest days as a pioneer of modern transportation, we have sought to make the world a better place one that benefits lives, communities and the planet</div> </div> <div> <div> </div> </div> <div> <div><b>Job Title: Software Testing Senior Specialist</b></div> <div><b>Location: Chennai</b></div> </div> <div><b>Work Type: Hybrid</b></div> <div> <div> </div> </div> <div> <div><b>Position Description:</b></div> <ul> <li>Software Testing Engineer We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Engineer with minimum 8 years of experience in both Automation and Manual Testing.</li> <li>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.</li> </ul> <div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div> <ul> <li>Develop and execute automated test scripts using Playwright with Typescript and Selenium WebDriver with Java.</li> <li>Implement various automation frameworks, including BDD with Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, and Data Driven Framework. </li> <li>Create and maintain BDD scripts using feature files in Cucumber. - Utilize build automation tools such as Maven, npm for project management. </li> <li>Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) with Agile-Scrum methodologies. </li> <li>Manage project tasks and track progress using JIRA or any other test management tools. </li> <li>Checkout and check in source code using Git for version control. </li> <li>Experience in BrowserStack platform would be added advantage. </li> <li>Write and optimize XPath expressions to effectively identify web elements.</li> <li>Conduct various testing types including End to End Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, and Regression Testing.</li> <li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and effective testing processes.</li> <li>Implement Continuous Integration (CI) practices using Jenkins. </li> <li>Perform API testing using Postman to ensure robust functionality. </li> </ul> <div><b>Qualifications:</b></div> <ul> <li>Proven experience in software testing, both manual and automated. </li> <li>Strong programming skills in Java, Typescript and experience with Selenium & Playwright automation. </li> <li>Familiarity with BDD methodologies and tools such as Cucumber. </li> <li>Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA. </li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as GIT Actions, Jenkins.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities. </li> <li>If you are passionate about quality assurance and looking to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply!</li> </ul> <div><b>Skills Required:</b></div> <ul> <li>Software Testing, Automation testing, test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium). </li> <li>Experience with TDD is essential., cucumber, TestNG, Java</li> </ul> <div><b>Experience Required:</b></div> <ul> <li>Senior Specialist Exp: 10+ years in IT; 5 years in testing</li> </ul> <div><b>Experience Preferred:</b></div> <ul> <li>PlayWright NodeJS</li> </ul> <div><b>Education Required:</b></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> </ul> <div><b>TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.</b></div> </div> </div> </div>
