We have an exciting opportunity for a training / IT professional to join our team and design, develop and deliver high-quality software training.
With experience in a similar role, you will be accustomed to identifying skills gaps and training needs through a comprehensive Software Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create engaging, up-to-date training programmes, materials and documentation for individuals to ensure that they are all able to access the software used. As a Trainer, you will feel at ease providing training sessions using various methods, including in-person sessions, one-to-one coaching and virtual webinars. You’ll be expected to review and evaluate training and relevant feedback to ensure that the training meets the necessary requirements and report on findings to highlight areas of strength and improvement.
