About The Role We're seeking soil and water conservation scientists to help evaluate AI systems trained on sustainable land and water management practices. Assess accuracy of content related to erosion control, watershed management, and soil health. Identify flawed assumptions or impractical recommendations. Provide structured feedback to improve scientific rigor and clarity. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning. Strong understanding of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques.
