SOL -1453 Lead Backend .NET Developer

We are looking for a Lead Backend .NET Developer<\/b> to drive backend architecture and development for enterprise -level projects. This role requires a highly experienced engineer capable of making key technical decisions, leading projects independently, and delivering high -quality solutions under tight timelines.

Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h2>

<\/p>
• Design and architect scalable backend solutions using .NET Core / .NET 6+
<\/div>
• Lead backend development efforts and define technical direction
<\/div>
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices
<\/div>
• Optimize database models, queries, and data access layers
<\/div>
• Enforce coding standards and best practices across teams
<\/div>
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high -quality deliverables
<\/div>
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the backend stack
<\/div>
• Collaborate on sprint planning, estimation, and feasibility
<\/div>
• Support CI/CD workflows and deployments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
<\/div>
• Ensure backend systems are performant, secure, and well -documented
<\/div>

Requirements<\/b>
<\/h2>

<\/p>
• 7+ years of professional development experience
<\/div>
• 5+ years working with .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 6+
<\/div>
• Advanced proficiency in C# and OOP principles
<\/div>
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC
<\/div>
• Experience with Entity Framework Core
<\/div>
• Strong SQL experience (SQL Server or PostgreSQL)
<\/div>
• Experience building RESTful APIs
<\/div>
• Familiarity with Azure or cloud -native environments
<\/div>
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices
<\/div>
• Ability to lead projects independently and make architectural decisions
<\/div>
• Strong communication skills in English
<\/div>
