The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and aptitude for environmental work, including obtaining certifications and handling emergency response situations. This role requires 3-5+ years of experience in environmental construction, particularly in large-scale excavation and remediation projects. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, including paving, concrete work, and other environmental remediation tasks.

+ Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Ability to obtain relevant certifications and licenses as required.
+ Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machinery.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
+ Willingness to work in challenging outdoor environments and variable weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Certifications in hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER).
+ Experience with concrete work, paving, and other aspects of environmental construction.
+ Familiarity with project management principles and software.
+ Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
