Job Title

A leading role in our organization is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to drive customer adoption and retention across our Mexican installer and partner base.

This position oversees Customer Success strategy and execution, working closely with Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the solar / PV industry, excellent communication skills, and experience managing installer or partner networks.
