We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solar Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the engineering design and management of behind-the-meter and community solar projects ranging from 50 kWac to 2 MWac. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and drafting, energy performance modeling, equipment review and selection, utility and AHJ coordination, and managing third-party engineering consultants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will interact with both technical and non-technical audiences. This position involves frequent external interactions and requires a high degree of professionalism.
