Solar Design Engineer

The Design Engineering Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day solar and battery design function and operational support activities of Wattle Powr. Beyond technical delivery, this role fosters a culture of inclusion, continuous development, and high performance within our offshore design team. This role is hands‑on, ensuring all system designs are compliant, accurate, and tailored to customer needs, maximising value and supporting strong sales outcomes. They will guide the team in developing personalised solar and battery quotes.

The ideal candidate possesses in‑depth technical expertise in the energy industry or a related technical field, with strong execution capabilities and the ability to operate independently.
