**Job Title: Solar General Labor**
**Job Description**
We are looking for dedicated solar laborers and installers to join our team. Your role will involve using basic hand tools to change out clamps on an existing solar project. You will need to complete tasks efficiently and safely, adhering to specific instructions. Comfort with personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, glasses, vests, hard hats, and face shields is essential. Your responsibilities will include general labor tasks, such as dismantling racks and assembling components, alongside heavy lifting in outdoor environments. The position is a Day shift from 7AM to 3:30 PM with a 6 month contract.
**We are looking for candidates with a previous experience in construction labor, carpentry or solar. To be qualified you just need to have a deep understanding of power tools, professional experience using them, and to be able to do some heavy lifting.**
