Responsibilities Ensure high standards of quality assurance and safety throughout all installations. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction during the installation process. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively under the guidance of the Master Electrician. Foster a collaborative team atmosphere while adhering to company values. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team. Skills & Qualifications Possess a valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License. Hold a valid Texas Driver's License. Understand and execute electrical standards as directed by the Master Electrician. Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics with ease. Have experience in solar PV electrical system installations. Willingness to travel occasionally across Texas for project completion. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented in all tasks. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor. Work effectively in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Show professionalism and accountability with a focus on customer needs. Able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed. Preferred: OSHA General Industry certifications.
