Job Position – Solar Operation & Maintenance Engineer
Job Location: Site-based
Experience: 1–3 years
To ensure smooth operation, monitor performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot solar power plants for maximum efficiency and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
Daily operation and monitoring of solar power plant performance
Regular cleaning of solar panels and maintaining cleanliness standards
Preventive and corrective maintenance of:
Solar modules
Inverters
ACDB / DCDB
Cables and junction boxes
Identifying faults and resolving breakdown issues at the site
Monitoring generation data and reporting underperformance
Maintaining O&M logbooks, site records, and daily reports
Ensuring safety procedures and site discipline
Coordinating with vendors, electricians, and internal teams when required
Supporting warranty claims and component replacement activities
