Job Position – Solar Operation & Maintenance Engineer
Job Location: Site-based
Experience: 1–3 years
To ensure smooth operation, monitor performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot solar power plants for maximum efficiency and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily operation and monitoring of solar power plant performance
- Regular cleaning of solar panels and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of:
- Solar modules
- Inverters
- ACDB / DCDB
- Cables and junction boxes
- Identifying faults and resolving breakdown issues at the site
- Monitoring generation data and reporting underperformance
- Maintaining O&M logbooks, site records, and daily reports
- Ensuring safety procedures and site discipline
- Coordinating with vendors, electricians, and internal teams when required
- Supporting warranty claims and component replacement activities
