Solar Panel Electrical Technician Role

This is a skilled trade position that involves the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for solar panel boards. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, operating scissor lifts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Familiarity with cable trays, DBs (distribution boards), and solar panels is essential to succeed in this role. Experience working at heights using scissor lifts or other equipment would also be beneficial.

Key skills required include strong technical abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work independently/with others as needed.
