Production Incharge (or Production/Operations Manager) oversees the daily activities, efficiency, and performance of solar manufacturing or plant operations, focusing on meeting targets, ensuring quality & safety, managing teams, optimizing processes for cost/efficiency, handling inventory, and driving continuous improvement (like CAPA for rejections) while ensuring compliance with industry standards. 
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution: Plan and execute shop floor activities, meet production targets, manage schedules, and ensure timely dispatch.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and organize solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors for maximum output and flexibility.
Process Optimization: Analyze current methods, implement new ones to save time/materials, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency and productivity.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all processes meet quality standards (like IEC), control inventory, manage rejections (CAPA), and enforce safety (HSE) policies.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily energy generation, plant efficiency (PR, CUF), system performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, maintain ISO documentation, and manage project documentation.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Review offers, finalize contracts (EPC), coordinate with internal teams, and manage relationships. 
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience in the solar industry, PV systems, and mechanical/electrical components.
Strong understanding of production, manufacturing, and maintenance.
Knowledge of project management, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.
Familiarity with quality standards (IEC), safety protocols, and documentation.
