Solar Project Engineer

Relevant Experience:

Experience in solar project design, execution, and maintenance

Knowledge of system installation and grid integration

Familiar with government policies, subsidies, and compliance regulations in solar energy

Minimum 3 to 4 Experience with large-scale solar project execution

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Renewable Energy

Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of energy generation, power conversion, and storage systems
• Hands-on experience with solar inverters, panels, and related equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting installations

Project Management Skills:

• Ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Knowledge of procurement processes for solar equipment
• Experience with contractor and vendor coordination
• Establish project set up and manpower resources for execution of the awarded work

Regulatory and Safety Awareness:

• Understanding of safety standards and procedures in solar installation
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and risk mitigation
• Knowledge of state and national renewable energy laws and policies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and environments
• Leadership skills for managing teams and stakeholders

Physical and Practical Requirements:

• Willingness to work in challenging outdoor conditions
• Strong physical fitness for field visits and installations
