Responsibilities:
What You?ll Do:

Manage commercial electrical and solar projects from kickoff through closeout

Oversee project schedules, budgets, labor planning, and material coordination

Partner closely with electrical foremen, supervisors, and field crews

Review drawings, specs, and scope to identify risks and resolve issues early

Manage change orders, billing, and project cost tracking

Coordinate with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and utilities

Support solar installations including permitting, inspections, and interconnection

Ensure all work meets NEC, safety, and quality standards

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working directly for an electrical contractor

Familiarity with NEC, OSHA, and local AHJ requirements

Experience coordinating with utilities for solar interconnection

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
What We?re Looking For:

5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial electrical construction

Hands-on experience managing solar electrical projects (commercial preferred)

Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and jobsite operations

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and field labor

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
