Job Overview
Facility Innovations Group Inc is hiring Solar PV Array Lead to lead mechanical installation crews on commercial and industrial solar projects across Arizona. This is a leadership-focused, hands-on role for experienced solar professionals who are ready to coordinate crews, enforce safety, and drive high-quality racking and module installations.

You’ll serve as the key communication link between the Site Foreman and installation crews, ensuring daily goals are met and jobsite operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of solar installers on commercial and industrial job sites
Oversee daily mechanical installation tasks including layout, racking, and module mounting
Maintain productivity, safety, and morale while keeping the team aligned with project goals
Enforce PPE use and jobsite safety protocols in compliance with company and OSHA standards
Coordinate with Site Foreman to align resources, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication
Perform regular quality checks and ensure work is completed to spec and on time
Document daily progress, crew activity, and any incidents or delays
Assist with troubleshooting and maintain efficient workflow throughout the project
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within solar or mechanical installation
Proven ability to lead crews with fairness, clarity, and field presence
Strong understanding of racking systems, layout, and mechanical install processes
Experience with solar installations on commercial or industrial job sites
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Safety-first mindset with working knowledge of OSHA standards
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable under pressure
OSHA 10–30 Hour Certification preferred but not required

Must be comfortable working in active construction environments
