Solar PV Installation Supervisor - Permanent, Monday-Thursday

Location: Warrington / Nationwide Projects

Morson Edge are looking for an experienced Solar PV Installation Supervisor to lead nationwide commercial solar projects. This Monday-Thursday role involves regular travel with overnight stays (typically four nights/week). Accommodation, fuel, and a company van are provided.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise Solar PV installation teams on site
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Deliver toolbox talks and manage RAMS/CPPs
• Liaise with clients and Operations
• Carry out QA inspections, snagging, and final sign-off
• Support AC/DC coordination and commissioning
