Solar Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) – MRO Digital Power

  1. Working closely in sales team to understand customer’s requirement, business environment and formulate project win strategies and value proposition for proposals.
  2. Engage internal stakeholders such as product, engineering service deliver, assurance when and where required to ensure the proposed solution is supported through from order to delivery.
  3. Supporting presales including solution design, request for quotation, BOQ, pre-sale testing and extensive customer centric communication to ensure business success.
  4. Produce and deliver formal technical proposals and solution presentations to key customers.
  5. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Solution Teams to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products’ roadmap.
