Job Description

Solar energy technicians are responsible for installing and maintaining solar power systems. Their work includes preparing and installing mounting structures—often on rooftops—fitting solar panels, and connecting them to electrical systems, including inverters, to integrate the solar system with the power grid.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates with basic electrical knowledge or SKM certificate are highly encourage to apply.
  • Perform installation, wiring, servicing, and troubleshooting.
  • Read and understand basic electrical diagrams or layouts.
  • Able to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to work at various sites and travel/outstation when required.
