Job Description
I. Job Responsibilities
- Market and Competitor Research: Research local market trends in Spain, analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies, and deliver analytical reports on customer needs and new product market potential to support company decision-making.
- Market Promotion and Brand Building: Plan and execute local marketing activities (including industry exhibitions, online/offline campaigns) to enhance brand awareness and influence in the Spanish market.
- Customer and Market Development: Identify and develop new clients and channels in Spain, maintain relationships with existing clients, explore their needs in depth, and drive deeper cooperation.
- Channel Management and Coordination: Develop local sales channel strategies, monitor channel performance, resolve cooperation issues, and ensure efficient channel operations.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop personal sales plans, follow up on leads, conduct business negotiations and sign contracts, with a result-oriented approach to ensure annual sales goals are met.
II. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (preferably in renewable energy, photovoltaics, inverters, power electronics); prior experience in sales/marketing/procurement or the optics industry is preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish (excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills), capable of conducting client communication and promotional negotiations; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
- Strong emotional intelligence and social skills, adept at networking, with a sharp market sense to accurately identify opportunities and needs.
- Goal-oriented, highly responsible, resilient, with excellent execution (persistent in achieving targets) and self-motivation.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Spain, holding a valid driver's license and able to drive independently for business trips and client visits.
