Solar Technical Service Engineer

In this role you will:The role and responsibility of Technical Service personnel include but not limited to the following:1. Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;2. Answering consulting phone calls, Reply the e-mails for customer support;3.Remote or onsite inverter troubleshooting. Inverter replacement, defect inverter troubleshooting and able to do site visit when needed.4. Collect clear after-sales support cases Data and report to the leader.5.
