In this role you will:
- Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
- Answering consulting phone calls, reply to the e-mails for customer support;
- Remote or onsite inverter troubleshooting. Inverter replacement, defect inverter troubleshooting and able to do site visit when needed.
- Collect clear after-sales support cases Data and report to the leader.
- Other teamwork assigned by the team leader.
- Having knowledge of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter and Utility-Based Projects adding advantage.
- Responsible for after-sales support activity in the Particular Region.
