Solar Technical Service Engineer

Overview

Looking for an experienced and energetic professional to join a fast-growing and diverse team focused on providing better Smart Energy solutions to our customers. The candidate should be self-driven, responsible, a quick learner and a problem solver.

In this role you will

• Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training.
• Answer consulting phone calls and reply to customer support emails.
• Remote or onsite inverter troubleshooting; inverter replacement, defect inverter troubleshooting and site visits when needed.
• Collect clear after-sales support cases data and report to the leader.
• Other tasks as assigned by the team leader.
• Have knowledge of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter and Utility Based Projects (adding advantage).
• Responsible for after-sales support activities in the particular region.
