Primary Skills

  • Experience in the operations, management, support and administration of Solarwinds for Network monitoring including server and application.
  • Experience with best practices for network monitoring including infrastructure and application
  • Experience in SQL and SWQL.
  • Experience in monitoring network devices and network performance
  • Experience on SolarWinds upgrades and understanding of HA.
  • Experience in creating Modern dashboards
  • Good understanding of network environmental elements such VLANs, VPN, Protocols, routing, IP address schemes, bandwidth, network devices, etc.
  • Good understanding of operating systems such Unix/Linux and Windows
  • Good documentation skills
  • Basic skills on project planning and management
  • Excellent communication skills and customer relationship
