Job Description

We are seeking a technically proficient Network Monitoring Specialist with hands-on experience in SolarWinds modules, ITSM tools, and advanced network troubleshooting. The role involves configuring, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise network environments, while providing 24x7 technical support and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced configuration and troubleshooting of SolarWinds modules including NPM, SAM, and NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot SolarWinds on Windows and Unix platforms
  • Integrate SolarWinds with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow
  • Develop and maintain custom monitoring policies, alerts, and network topology maps
  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers and resellers on product functionality and usage
  • Act as primary liaison between the company and customers for technical support
