Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician with strong soldering experience and previous experience as a group/line leader to join our client’s team in Concord, NH! If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role.What You’ll Do:
  • Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products following work instructions and drawings.

  • Perform precision soldering, including surface mount component rework.

  • Inspect and test assemblies to meet IPC-610 standards.

  • Work with epoxy bonding, encapsulating, and color coding parts.

  • Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment for quality checks.

  • Responsible for reviewing, delegating and tracking daily priority list
