Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual soldering / DIP soldering / wave soldering according to SOP and work instructions
  • Operate and monitor soldering equipment and production line machines
  • Inspect solder joints to ensure quality meets IPC or internal standards
  • Handle basic tools, jigs, and fixtures used in soldering processes
  • Follow ESD, safety, and 5S requirements at all times
  • Report defects, abnormalities, or equipment issues to supervisor
  • Assist in rework, touch-up, and simple troubleshooting when required
  • Meet daily production targets and support team operations
