Soldering Technician

Job Description:

Location: Aurora, Illinois

CoWorx is seeking a Soldering Technician in the Aurora, IL area!

This position is responsible for inspecting, repairing, touching-up, and ensuring overall quality of product that has gone through the PCBA assembly process, as well as working with, training, and providing direction to the team of repair/touch-up personnel.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:

Inspect and repair all products that are processed by the PCBA assembly line. Ensure quality on each unit produced.
Rework production units when necessary to repair misplaced or incorrect components.
All work needs to be done to applicable IPC standards
Ensure all processes, equipment, and supporting systems operate to their optimum effectiveness within specified safety and cost constraints.
