Job Description:
  • The Soldering Technician is responsible for performing complex hand soldering, rework, inspection, and triage activities on advanced printed circuit board assemblies.
  • This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality, traceability, and safety standards.
    • Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong experience with hand soldering and rework on complex PCB assemblies.
  • Ability to read schematics, board layouts, and identify component footprints and net locations.
  • Solid understanding of PCB assemblies, ESD protocols, and electronics troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical findings and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
