Job Title: Lead Engineer – Sales (can vary based on the candidate's experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Engineer – Sales with at least 1 year of proven experience in selling Solar Ground Mount Projects . The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, proposal development, client conversion and sales pipeline management. This role will play a key part in expanding our solar business footprint and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Solar Ground Mount segment
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calls, networking and referrals
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored proposals and solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and provide post-sales support
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, project execution) to ensure smooth handover and execution
  • Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts and achievements to the management

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales of Solar Ground Mount projects
  • Strong understanding of the solar industry, especially ground-mounted solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads/opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
