Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigation housing conditions claims for tenants
  • Ensure compliance with the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Disrepair Claims
  • Understand relevant legislation, such as the Landlord & Tenant Act
  • Draft Letters of Claim
  • Gather and assess special damages
  • Review housing records to determine liability
