Job Description

Overview

As a Solid Waste Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., (CEC), you will be involved in:

  • The design, analyses, permitting and preparation of drawings and technical specifications and construction period services for solid waste management facilities, including coal combustion residual (CCR) facilities, and industrial facilities;
  • General civil/environmental engineering duties;
  • Design of all aspects of landfills:
  • Double composite liner systems;
  • Leachate conveyance and storage facilities;
  • Stormwater conveyance and storage facilities;
  • Landfill gas collection/treatment systems;
  • On-site roadways, and ancillary buildings and structures;
  • Develop permit application documents, contract drawings, specifications and estimates for landfills, transfer stations, landfill gas to energy facilities, and recycling facilities;
