As a Solution Analyst specializing in Transport Management at TVH Parts NV, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistics and transportation processes. You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring our transport systems effectively support our global operations.
Your role and responsibility
Analyze, define, and document business requirements for transportation and logistics processes.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements and new solutions within our Transport Management System (TMS) and related applications.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics operations, supply chain, IT development teams) and external partners (e.g., TMS vendors, carriers).
