Job Description
We’re supporting one of our professional services clients who are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of their intelligent automation ecosystem, combining RPA, AI/LLMs, and conversational AI.
You’ll bridge enterprise architecture strategy with hands‑on technical innovation, shaping both internal product roadmaps and client transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll explore emerging technologies, run proofs of concept, architect large‑scale automation systems, and mentor cross‑functional teams — ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for RPA, AI, and intelligent automation platforms.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions integrating RPA bots, AI models, workflow orchestration, and conversational AI.
- Drive proofs of concept, prototypes, and innovation sprints to test and validate emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into fit‑for‑purpose technical architectures using UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, LangChain, Rasa, and Azure Bot Framework.
- Mentor and guide development teams, establish best practices, and ensure architectural governance and design consistency.
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and knowledge sharing, embedding DevOps, MLOps, and AIOps principles into delivery pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in technology architecture or solution delivery, with at least 5 years in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise‑scale RPA, AI, and agentic automation systems.
- Hands‑on expertise with LLMs, NLP, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, and RPA platforms.
- Strong cloud‑native architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills — able to influence both executives and engineers.
About the role
- 6‑month initial contract

- Open to both day‑rate OR fixed‑term contract
