What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for UiPath automation projects - from design and feasibility through to documentation and support
  • Serve as the automation subject matter expert during client engagements, guiding best practices
  • Collaborate with business and executive teams to align automation designs with KPIs and ROI metrics
  • Champion reusable automation assets to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Continuously assess and improve automation technology and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years UiPath development experience, including advanced REFramework, dispatchers, queues, and performers
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
  • Strong knowledge of technical architecture and intelligent automation trends
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), RPA software installation/configuration, agile SDLC, and business process improvement
