    Job Description

  • Serve clients as a subject matter expert (SME) during the onboarding process, and as an advisor to finance transformation efforts utilizing platform.
  • Create high quality project artifacts, including business requirement documents, process flows, and technical architecture and end to end design documentation.
  • Serve as a feedback loop between the Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams on feature updates and product enhancements for the suite of products.
  • Solutioning design: Developing a deep enough understanding of the product to design and guide development of solution

    • The Successful Applicant

    ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

    ● Experience coding in Python.

    ● Expertise leveraging GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc. to supercharge efforts.

    ● Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating high quality project artifacts, including proposals/SoWs, business requirement documents, process flows, data flow diagrams, and technical documents like high level system architecture.

    ● Excellent problem-solving, presentation and decision-making skills.

    ● Excellent oral communication skills.

    ● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
