We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and integration of cutting‑edge technology platforms supporting branch, client, and operational systems. You will play a pivotal role in defining and building robust solution architectures and integration patterns that align with our product roadmap, enabling new digital channels and scaling business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud‑based solutions to support digital transformation and business growth
• Architect and integrate systems across multi‑cloud platforms, focusing on scalability, performance, and resiliency
• Guide and mentor teams on architecture, design, and integration best practices
• Drive adoption of architectural patterns, code quality, and performance standards
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Product, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years designing and building enterprise‑scale distributed solutions
• 5+ years in domain modeling, system design, cloud architectures, and integration patterns
• Hands‑on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Proficiency in both relational and non‑relational databases; experience with Spring Boot, API Management, event streaming, and data modeling
• Prior experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$130,000‑CA$165,000.
