Solution Architect

About the Role

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions that support customer-centric initiatives across both electricity and gas domains. Acting as a senior technical authority, you will shape integration patterns, guide delivery teams, and ensure solutions align with Australian energy market regulations and enterprise architecture standards.

You will operate as an internal systems integrator, partnering closely with business analysts, developers, project managers, and delivery teams to enable seamless communication between cloud services, CRM platforms, and core utility systems such as Meter-to-Cash and Meter-to-Market. The role requires hands-on architectural leadership, particularly in designing customer interaction and contact centre solutions using cloud-native and CRM technologies, while driving continuous improvement across metering, distribution, and customer engagement capabilities.
