Kinetic is embarking on one of its largest people and technology programs—a multi-year HCM & Payroll Transformation across Australia and New Zealand. We’re entering the design/build phase and need an experienced leader to help shape the future of HR and payroll for over 7,000 employees.

What you'll do

As The Workday (Core HR), Payroll & Time & Attendance Lead, You’ll Act As The Architect And Single Point Of Contact For Solution Design And Delivery. You Will

• Design end-to-end solutions for Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
• Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements and governance standards.
• Lead configuration, testing, integration, data migration, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with AU/NZ legislation and support implementation across operating companies.
