Your Role
Lead solutioning from deal qualification to contract signature
Envisage the target / future mode of operations, prepare a blue print and orchestrate solution components with SMEs
Ability to think innovative with cutting solutions based on Ai where feasible
Develop end-to-end solutions (Transformation, Transition, Run)
Manage internal stakeholders and ensure visibility of solution metrics
Support Sales Lead in early solution shaping and costing
Design and document solution artifacts aligned with global processes
Analyze client requirements and ensure complete solution coverage
Provide competitive insights and help shape winning strategies
Collaborate with Deal Analyst for pricing and cost structures
Review and contribute to contract schedules, So W, SLAs
Your Profile
12 to 18 years in IT Infrastructure Solution Architecture and Presales
Exposure to:
Cloud services ( Transformation & managed services)
Service Desk
Workplace Services
Data Center
Network (Voice & Data)
Security
