- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures based on customer requirements.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner throughout the customer journey—from initial discovery and solution design to deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Offer consultative expertise by translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of the latest cloud innovations and contribute ideas to strengthen OneCloud’s solutions and service portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with sales, business development, and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with both customer needs and business objectives.
- Assist with technical operations and account management activities as directed by the Business Development Director.
- Maintain excellence in technical documentation and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
