Key Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Lead technical discovery for new and existing opportunities across different industries.
• Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions.
• Design and propose AI-driven solutions including:
• AI-accelerated product development workflows
• AI-powered modernization paths for legacy systems
• Engineering productivity and AI transformation initiatives
• AI discovery assessments and PoC recommendations
• Produce high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, integration flows, and technology selections.
• Evaluate alternatives and recommend the best-fit architecture for each client scenario.
• Identify technical risks, constraints, and dependencies.

Estimation & Scoping

• Break solutions into epics, features, and tasks for estimation
• Provide accurate LOE, timelines, and team composition
• Estimate AI-related efforts such as data prep, model integration, LLM workflows, automation, and modernization scope.
• Clearly outline assumptions, dependencies, and work boundaries.
• Partner with Delivery teams to validate feasibility and resource needs.

Proposal Creation

• Generate initial solution proposals that outline the high-level approach, estimated timelines, and team composition.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation while ensuring the proposal remains technically sound and aligned with client needs.
• Deliver a polished initial approach and proposal draft within 24 hours
  for fast-moving opportunities.

Note: This initial phase focuses on the strategic solution path and rapid response; detailed architecture diagrams and deep technical specifications are typically developed in subsequent iterations

AI Acceleration

• Leverage AI tools (GPT, Claude, diagramming AI, automation AI) to accelerate tasks.
• Use AI to explore technologies or industries where knowledge gaps exist.
• Continuously optimize presales productivity through AI-first workflows.
• Automate repetitive tasks and generate technical documents efficiently.

Client & Sales Collaboration

• Join client calls to clarify technical requirements and present solutions.
• Communicate complex ideas in simple, business-friendly language.
• Support Sales and Account Management teams across the full opportunity lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor internally and externally.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Background

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, or technical consulting.
• 2+ years in presales, solution architecture, or client-facing technical roles.
• Broad understanding of software development: web, mobile, backend, cloud, integrations.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of:
• Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• API design and integrations
• Security best practices
• Microservices and distributed systems
• DevOps fundamentals

AI & Automation Expertise

• Experience with:
• AI-accelerated product development
• AI-enabled modernization of legacy systems
• Engineering productivity transformations using AI
• AI discovery, PoCs, and feasibility assessments
• Practical experience using LLMs to accelerate technical work.
• Understanding of LLM concepts: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, agents.
• Ability to design AI-first workflows and integrate AI services into solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-based diagramming and documentation tools.

Industry Versatility

• Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., fintech, robotics, retail, logistics, health, education, e-commerce, etc.).
• Ability to design solutions for industries you may not have previously worked in, filling gaps quickly through AI, research, and structured analysis.
• Comfortable adapting proposals to unique industry constraints and business models.

Presales Competencies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English required).
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to quickly grasp business objectives and map them to technical solutions.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in consulting or software development agencies.
• Exposure to Make, Zapier, n8n or other automation tools.
• Experience with data engineering, analytics, or AI implementation.
• Knowledge of mobile development or enterprise integrations (SAP, Salesforce).
