Job Description
Experience: 8–12+ years
Domain: Contact Center Architecture
Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Contact Center solutions
- Hands-on architecture experience with:
- Amazon Connect + Lex and/or
- Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX
- Experience designing enterprise-scale voice & digital contact centers
- Strong knowledge of voicebots, IVR, integrations (CRM/APIs)
- Experience with legacy-to-cloud contact center migrations
- Ability to define end-to-end architecture, scalability, security, and cost optimization
